Centre for Full Employment (CFFE)
The Centre for Full Employment (CFFE) is a not for profit organisation in Sheffield which aims to reduce unemployment in the city. The Centre for Full Employment has an ongoing relationship with diva and choose to utilise all of diva’s service areas to effectively market their organisation.
Brand consultancy, brand development and brand management lie at the heart of diva’s services, as clients frequently seek diva’s support in evolving an existing brand to ensure that it continues to be correctly positioned in the marketplace.
In the case of CFFE, diva were commissioned to conduct a brand development exercise with the CFFE team to help the organisation revisit its positioning aims, bearing in mind the future direction the organisation will be moving in.
On the back of the session, diva were able to evolve CFFE’s existing brand into one that is more clean and simple.
The brand has then been filtered down and utilised on all of their print materials, newsletters, stationery and promotional items.
CFFE has a strong relationship with diva’s pr team. Having initially been commissioned to provide positive local media coverage of CFFE’s community based recruitment service Jobnet, the brief was later expanded to include pr for the whole of CFFE’s operations.
CFFE continues to use diva’s event management service, which has included diva supporting CFFE with the successful ‘Northern Dialogue’ conferences, held in 2005 and 2006.
Most recently CFFE has commissioned diva to provide a comprehensive, easy to use website, www.cffe.org.uk. The website works for CFFE’s clients by providing them with information about what the service has to offer, where they kind find their nearest Jobnet, as well as giving them access to an intricate ‘Job Board’ database which shows all of the vacancies that are registered with CFFE/Jobnet at any given time. The website also works for employers who CFFE helps to find the right candidates for their jobs, by providing them with more detailed information about the service they can expect to receive in appropriate and relevant language and terminology. The site also works for CFFE and Jobnet staff through password protected areas of the site where staff can share important information and documents without them being in the public domain for anyone to access.
