Parentline Plus

Brief: To enable parents, carers and professionals to identify and resolve typical scenarios associated with parenting and raising children.

What we did: Over a period of time diva has supported Parentline Plus by designing, developing and building several key websites, branding, creating online resources and characters to be used in e-learning modules.

Value: For the parents of teenagers campaign:

  • 86,500 parents where reached with 32,000 in the first two weeks, 173% of target.
  • 90% of parents who had visited the website had ‘taken action’ or planned to take action’ in their relationship with their teenager
  • 74% of parents found the information on the site ‘useful’ or ‘very useful’
