Brief:

To redesign the external website by improving functionality, capacity and flexibility.
To create a collaborative environment where users can inform content.
To increase awareness of the organisation through engaging design and be a leader in online standards of accessibility.

What we did:

Wireframe designs and working templates for accessibility and usability testing
Design and development of a new web 2.0 enabled website appropriate for the range of target audiences
Development of a bespoke content management system (CMS)
Website administration training

Value: The GSCC website now reflects their position as a modern regulator. The bespoke CMS system has given GSCC the autonomy to create and modify the website as needs require. The comprehensive training session for staff now allows for content to be produced in various departments rather than being forced into a queue with one team. The website is easier for visitors to navigate and has improved the user experience.
