Green Growth New Shoots Conference

Client: South Yorkshire Forest Partnership – www.syforest.co.uk

Brief: To organise an international conference on smart inclusive and sustainable growth. diva was responsible for the organisation, management and co-ordination of the event.

What we did:

Designed the conference website and all supporting materials
Issued invites and reminders to delegates and advised on ways to increase their number
Organised all aspects of the conference including venue management, production of conference materials, dealing with delegate queries, advising on social media strategy and co-ordinating AV support,
Managed, supported and briefed speakers, helped organised site visits and assisted with the running of the conference on the day itself

Evaluation: The conference was a great success. 170 delegates attended from all over Europe. The conference evaluation and post conference feedback, including that from the client showed that delegates were very happy with the event and how it was co-ordinated.
