At Leeds Teaching Hospitals we had been struggling to make the improvements required to reduce healthcare acquired infections further. It became evident that we had done the easy bit. What we needed now was support to investigate staff behaviours and the overall culture of the organisation. We began work with diva creative who were able to gain valuable insights, into not only the behaviours and motivations of staff, but also the patients and public that we served. The campaign materials diva developed for the public were poignant, hard hitting and delivered in short video format. The internal campaign for staff has helped to motivate individual teams within the Trust and has given us a starting point in shifting culture. Both elements of the campaign were linked together by branding that was clear and eye catching. It was a pleasure to work the team at diva. They were professional and helpful throughout.

The whole aim of The Blue Sky Centre is to open up forensic, health and support services to everyone, particularly those who don’t want to involve the police. We saw the creation of a website as crucial to this and a way of enabling people to make their own informed choices about what they want to happen. diva’s bid for the commission captured our imagination through its focus on being particularly accessible to children and young people. We worked very closely with Steve throughout the development of the site and we are delighted with the results. In effect we have together created a virtual SARC, allowing us to help people who we might never see or speak to.
