Thriving marketing and communications agency, diva, have been commissioned by Leeds based national careers and personal development service, igen to add their creativity to igen’s new office space in Leeds.
diva’s design team were given a brief to come up with ideas that reflected the ethos of the company as well as its branding, and came up with the suggestion of using visual tools such as imagery and signage that would reflect the nature of igen’s work and create a professional work space.
A mock floor plan was drawn up of the office space and diva highlighted areas including the reception and the main office space, where they would implement various changes including: the introduction of branded signs and images to go around both the office floor and reception area in order to create a more attractive place to work and to introduce clients and visitors to the company. As well as colour coded floors, to make it easier to identify locations and areas.
diva will be working with Igen redesigning four floors in their new office space, with work on the reception area commencing first before work on redesigning the main working areas on each of the four floors begins.
Amanda Pearce, diva Director said: “We are not interior designers but we weren’t going to shy away from this opportunity when igen approached us. As branding specialists we know it’s important that office space reflects an organisation’s values, culture and aspirations.
“That’s why we have advised igen on using selected imagery and visual tools that reflect the nature of its work and brand in order to create a professional work space for staff and reflect a professional approach to its visitors.”
